As an essential equipment in approach flow system(before the headbox), it’s inner screen basket structure improve the pulp through capacity. While the M.C. pressure screen is used for removing impurity in coarse and fine screen process. The inflow and M.C. pressure screen play the different role in the pulping process. Inflow Screen VS M.C. Screen:

● The pulp feeding way of the M.C. pressure screen is outflow type. The another one is inner flow type.

● Compare with inflow pressure screen, the impurities deslagging port is the unique device on M.C. pressure screen except the inlet port and outlet port.

● Inflow pressure screen adopt the slotted type drum screen which has a excellent screening effect. Meshed type drum screen is more suitable for middle consistency pressure screen with heavy impurities discharge pipe in the coarse screen system.
