The Leizhan air cushion headbox adopts a fully stainless steel polished inner cavity, a double homogenizing roller rectification system and adjustable air cushion pressure technology, and is equipped with a 3950mm wide precision lip adjustment device to achieve a spray uniformity error of ≤0.01mm, significantly reducing the quantitative deviation of the paper sheet.

The Leizhan air cushion headbox is an open headbox with a fine polishing treatment of high-quality stainless steel on the internal pulp contact surface to eliminate pulp hanging and corrosion problems. It is also equipped with a plexiglass stepped hole diffuser and a square cone tube pulp distribution system to achieve uniform distribution of pulp from the center to both sides and eliminate the risk of fiber flocculation.
