M.C.Pressure Screen includes five holes: the hole transecting screen body is stock inlet; the hole, which lies in the middle of screen body is stock outlet; the two small holes in the bottom respectively are dilution water inlet and tailings pipe; there is a pipe with long shell, which is heavy impurities hole. The rotor in the inner of screen is closed, and it doesn’t hang fiber.

How M.C.Pressure Plays A Role

M.C.Pressure Screen is a continuous screening equipment under completely closed state. The slurry, which hasn’t been screened, enters from stock outlet in a tangent direction. The high impurities was separated in the effect of centrifugal force, and removed from heavy impurities hole. Slurry enters the screen area between screen basket and rotor. The qualified fibers go through the screen slot(hole) and are brought out by stock outlet. The unqualified fibers keep running downward and are removed from tailings pipe in the bottom of pressure screen.In the surface of rotor, there are a lot of rotor blades. When pressure screen works, these rotor blades will revolve at high speed, and every rotor blade causes topical negative pressure at the back of it, thus the screen hole can be cleaned.
