Main Pulping Equipment Functions:

Chain conveyor: convey waste paper raw materials to D type hydrapulper and other pulping equipment.
D type hydrapulper: preliminary pulping of waste paper raw materials.
High density cleaner: removes various heavy impurities in waste paper pulp.
M.C. pressure screen: further removes various impurities in paper pulp.
Reject separator: fiberizes tail pulp and removes impurities.
Low density cleaner: removes fine sand and impurities in paper pulp.
Double disc refiner: improves the strength and quality of fibers.
Inflow pressure screen: finely screens pulp to ensure the final pulp quality.
Pulp chest agitator: ensures the uniformity and fluidity of pulp.
