Round Net Part

Round net part equipped with seven round nets. Every single round net equipped with one vat, one couch, one vacuum dewatering box and wire guiding roll and framework, etc. One upper felt is used by one round net and 1st press.

Return Press Section

Return Press Section is set on round net return part. The upper press roll is Gluing Metal Roll and the lower press roll is double-chamber vacuum return roll. It equipped with one felt. Return press is double felt press.

Press Section

Press part can be divided into 1st press, 2nd press, 3th press. 1st press are vacuum press, which is equipped with one upper Gluing Metal Roll and one lower Vacuum Press Roll. 2nd and 3th press are large-roll-diameter press, which are respectively equipped with two Gluing Metal Rolls, the upper and lower felt. 1st press, 2nd press, 3th press are all equipped with Felt Guiding Roll and Felt Suction Box. The pressurized motion of presses is corrugated air tire pressure.

Drying part

Φ1500/Φ1800 Dryer drives in group and it is equipped with Wire Leading Roll, Dry Wire, Sealed Gas Hood.

Reeling Part

Pneumatic Horizontal Reeling Paper Machine.
