As the amount of waste paper increased, the waste paper quality has declined, and there exist more impurities in waste paper, which has higher requirements for purification. The sediment tank is an important part of the high density cleaner. If the timed manual deslagging system is used, the operation will be more tedious. In particular, the large type of cleaner with high deslagging quantity has a high frequency of deslagging, about once every 30 minutes, so the labor intensity of the workers is large. Therefore, the company provides a high density cleaner sediment tank with low labor intensity and high automation of deslagging.

The sediment tank of the high density cleaner includes a cylindrical tank. The head of the sediment tank body is provided with the inlet port, and the upper and lower reject valves are respectively provided from top to bottom, and the lower end of the tank body is provided with the outlet port. The upper reject valve transmission is connected to the upper cylinder. The lower reject valve transmission is connected to the lower cylinder. A dilution water inlet pipe is connected to the circumferential side of the tank body in the tangential direction. The dilution water inlet pipe is located between the upper and lower reject valves.
