Features of H.C. Hydrapulper

1. Pulper rotor deviate off center position, so that the waste paper could be touch with the rotor more quickly, which brings higher frequency.

2. The tank is made of welded steel, and the outside of mouth, which is used for strengthening tank, is ultra high strength steel. There is deflector at the bottom of cone, which can make the paper pulp reflux circulating. The impurity discharge outlet is also at the bottom of tank.

3. Pulper rotor and pulp tray are higher than pulper groove bottom plane, which can reduce the contact of pulper rotor and impurities, thus preventing the twisted rope winding on the rotor and increase of service life.
